Recipe for a "Magical" Birthday

We started off the night by dining at a Glatt Kosher Jewish deli down the road called "Mickey's Deli". We bought a bottle of Yarden Israeli wine and I got a little too excited that we were drinking Yarden in the middle of Paris. I then told the waiter that I was Jewish and looking for the Chabad nearest to me. He said there is one right down the road and that he would introduce me to the "guy who knows everything" about meeting Jewish people in Paris. Ten minutes later the waiter exclaims that "god has sent him to you!" and in walks my guy - the Chabad delegate of the 16th arrondissement. I now have his business card and will be stopping by the chabad soon to figure out my holiday plans. There are a couple other Jewish girls so we'll all go together.
Now...for the birthday recipe..follow closely or else you might get this wrong..but if you get it right then mazel tov!
Meet up with the other students of MBAI beneath the glow of the eiffel tower on a gorgeous summery evening. Head over to a lookout point, but watch out for mini eiffel tower hawkers..theyre all up in your business. Pop three bottles of bubbly and watch the corks go shooting out into the eiffel tower plaza. Share a birthday toast with your new french friends and marvel as the eiffel tower starts to light up like nothing you could imagine. A rolling set of blinking white lights that illuminate the french monument in a beautiful glow. Next, get serenaded with "happy birthday" in both english AND french and blow out the candles on a chocolate cake bought especially for the occasion by Stephen, the director of the program. Stephen will continue to refer to the birthday as "magical" and ask repeatedly if it is "magical" enough for me and if my mom will be happy that he made it just "magical" enough. Yes Stephen, it really was "magical" and I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate my 21st birthday!
